Vodacom mishap

Recently I've upgraded my contract with vodacom and from day one of the upgrade its been a nightmare. Wrong specs of the phone were given of which i didn't worry much about, the data and airtime that was promised was totally wrong. I was told it would be 5Gb data monthly with R169 airtime yet on my first month I received 1Gb data and was told that I was misinformed, after numerous calls eventually the 5GB data was loaded and the airtime also. The very next month I was debited R626 and when I phoned to query I was told that they activated a 3Gb bundle by mistake and that is why I was billed so much but I could get a refund either into my bank account or off my next statement run for the contract bill so I chose to have the funds deposited back into my account. I was then told that they would escalate the call and once it is finalised I would get a call back to ask if I want it into my bank account just to make sure, after a week I received an sms to say the call has been closed and when I called in I was told they minused it off my statement of which I clearly told them I did not want so another call was escalated and I was told it would be put into my bank account. Monday the 10th of December 2018 I called again and a lady told me the funds were deposited and I must check with my bank and I waited till Wednesday but still no funds so after a call again I was told by the accounts division that vodacom didn't deposit no money and the vodacom consultant who said that spoke lies. I was assured that by Friday 14/12/2018 funds would be in the account guaranteed and again today no funds. After another call I was told rudely by a consultant she would not answer any questions and that the admin department needs bank statements to do a refund and I need to wait. So my question to her was is it fair for me to beg for funds that's rightfully mine and does it make sense and her answer was yes it makes sense to do that so what kind of **** service does vodacom run as of lately? Been a happy client for over 2 years but as of recently its totally unacceptable service.

My request for a refund was queried in November and due to *********** staff that you have assisting your clients, my request was only sent through on the 10th,it serves no purpose as 7 to 14 working days falls well over my debit order date and in that respect the instalment will be the amount that you guys set on my statement after you deducted the R221.84c off. Really terrible and pathetic how you guys handle such matters, if I didn't make numerous calls to find out what's going on or when my money will be refunded, I wouldn't have known about the **** service you guys render. In my case this is regarded as theft as no consent was given for a data bundle to be activated and therefore my money shouldn't have been taken.
