Vodacom mishandling of funds

my name is Francina Koko Molokomme . id number ***. i have a vodacom acc with the number *** so i have a quiry where i was deducted R479.00 for 24 months which from the statement it is said its content services. i dont know anything about that as i have not using the number .. its only for data. Vodacom does not want to refund. it is going to deduct again this month. the matter was eacalated and only one R479.00 is going to be refunded not the other 23 ones.
