Vodacom ****ming me

My airtime keeps on disappearing i don't know why and how because my limits are on Zero i can even share screenshot and worse I'm using router for data but it keeps on disappearing this is nonsense i need my airtime back stop ****ming me, this is not the first time it happens... Nx marn
