Vodacom migrations and vodacom fibre is useless

Vodacom migrations have had our migration documents for over 3 and a half months now after a forced migration from Evotel to Vodacom. Vodacom migrations indicate the migration has happened but Vodacom fibre technical support say it has not been done. Every three to four weeks on a Friday evening we suddenly have no connectivity and the only department available is technical who say they cant do anything about it we have to take it up with migrations but they only available from Monday morning. Migrations then say the migration is done and they cant do anything about it. After many phone calls migrations then tell us the migration has not actually been done but they don't have our documents even though we have, in writing from them, that they have our documents and everything is in order and they will send out a technician as soon as possible. Our line start working again and the whole process then starts all over again. We have logged multiple service calls and are getting no where. I would NEVER EVER recommend Vodacom fibre or migrating across to Vodacom because they don't know what they are doing. I would never ever recommend a person called Johannes Tshililo who never gets back to you even with multiple promises. What a useless bunch of individuals

I have already spoken numerous times to your fibre support team with lots of promises to investigate and come back to me. Nobody has come back to me as yet. I think I have spent over 6 hours on the phone to Vodacom over the past 5 days trying to get to the bottom of this.

Well I have now gone to the highest of the high (by finding an email address and not by Vodacom coming back to me) (no names yet) and he indicated he would investigate and come back to me. That was 4 hours ago and still no feedback from anyone lower.

So it seems that Vodacom is great in making promises and poor in executing those. 4 days after telling me they were making a plan and I would have connectivity by the end of Friday nothing and that is after I went all the way up to their executive committee. Vodacom really would not care less about small business and individuals.
