Vodacom Migrations

I received a call from *** when the lady told me that I ran out of Data every month. When I told her she must get her facts straight because I never ran out of Data on my contract and I am very happy with my contract the way it is. She try to explain that it is only a migration I stopped her and said sorry I'm not interested I keep my contract the way it is and drop the phone. The next minute I received a message which state my migration is approved. I phoned up Vodacom and they gave me a number *** when I called the guy couldn't help me and cut me of and then finally I get hold of someone else and he said he did cancel the migration but I wont receive a message I must go to a Vodacom store. I am very disgusted by the way Vodacom is treating their customers. Unhappy customer for more than 15 years

Reviewer Update
I did do an upgrade and received my new phone on the 13th of October 2023. Like a normal person I did start using the new phone on the the 13th of October 2023 and try to sell my old phone. As we are living in South Africa I were a victim of theft. They did ***** the old phone I'm struggling now with Vodacom for 2 days to get an ITC number. Yesterday they gave me a form to fill in and send back, when I phone now they said I must have proof that I'm the owner of the phone and they need my ID. What proof do they need. This is seriously so frustrating.
