VODACOM MIGRATION - **** TO TRICK CLIENTS TO UNLIMITED ACCOUNTS!!

MIGRATION ISSUES AGAIN:

Believe it or not. I am still paying for the previous problem and they did it to me AGAIN!!!

This time they Migrated my Autopage account and did not migrate my Topup plan . Last year the Migrated my Nashua account with disastorous results - Im still paying off on that.

Vodacom blames Autopage and Autopage blames Vodacom and I am left paying for their mistakes.

My phone account has been wiped for this month and I owe at least R500 more than expected because my plan was converted from a topup to a regular account during the Migration. (Thats my bread and milk budget gone!)

In the meantime I am now at risk for the remainder of the month – besides the fact that I now have no airtime and no means to top it up.

How can I stop this from happening to me?

I feel terribly unsafe with Vodacom.

I am a Single Mom and Vodacom and the other companies are big corporations with many departments and people. I simply get lost in all the departments having to go through the same security check 5-6 times in one phonecall– I do not know how to safeguard myself against this type of Corporate mess-ups.

My last phonecall to Vodacom lasted almost 2 hours... ITS CRAZY!!! Each department posts me to the next and the next ... and ...

I am left paying the bills … ITS NOT FAIR!!!!!!

I think that this must be adressed on a higher level but there is simply no way to escalate anytning past Supervisory level...
