VODACOM MIGRATION

I'm not happy at all, Vodacom migrated my number /contract without my concern /knowledge .I've been trying to call and Cancel the migration and I was told that I will receive an SMS, to date I've never received and SMS .But they are busy deduction my money .I did not receive a call yet??? 😥😥😥 Someone called yesterday and said he will resolve the issue and will call me back but nothing yet
