Vodacom middelburg mall poor service

Good day I tried d to apply for an iPhone 15 at vodacom middelburg mall and the salesman Lindo that assisted me

I had the worst experience of waiting in store for almost 3 hours and no prosess had been made

Then I left my contact details with them and they told me they will give me a call before the day end.

I waited 3 days with no reply so I just went to another store and took me 1 hour to apply and got my new phone

I will not recommend vodacom middelburg mall as they deliver poor service
