Why is Vodacom service so poor in the rural area? I have complained many a time about the relay tower on Sandymount in the Fauresmith district. I have received spin, lies and promises of which none have materialized. The entire area is at a disadvantage due to their poor service. To which higher authority can I direct my problem because Vodacom does not repair the situation?
