Vodacom MEYERTON charging for basic after sales service

MEYERTON - It has come under my attention that this Vodacom store charge the elderly especially the uninformed people R100 fees for doing basic things like freeing up memory space on the handset. I spoke to MTN in Meyerton and they assist the customers free of charge. Just think this is bad after sales services and unfair.
