Vodacom Meyersdal you rock when it comes to giving your clients the best service ever.

It was the best decision I ever made was to go to the Vodacom Meyersdal store to buy a new cellphone. I was met with smiles and everyone greeting me as I was part of the family. Mica Loretz the store manager explain my new phone that I was interested in. And me not being tech savvy she took her time and assisted me and she was friendly, helpful and really took het time to explain how my new cellphone worked. She then handed me over to Andiswe who transferred all the information from one phone to the other. She was wonderful and had an answer to every question I had. She is well trained and knows what she was doing . She was very polite and she gave me her 100% attention with my new phone . Craig from VIvo was there and he was the cherry on the cake. He knew his product in side out. I had a great experience at the Vodacom Meyersdal store and I would like to thank the team for all their efforts and I will recommend anyone to go to Vodacom Meyersdal because they are not just a business the are a family that cares about their clients.
