Vodacom Meyersdal - dont go there staff are inccompetent.

I would give zero stars but its not an option. The service at Meyersdal Vodacom is nothing less than pathetic. My husband went in to upgrade his phone. The phone they gave him was faulty and the battery lasted less than 3 hours. He had to return the phone. The staff didnt bother to tell him that if they took the phone in to assess it all his data would be cleared. Considering he had this phone for only 3 days they couldnt just swop it over and transfer all is data. No they sent it off without backing it up and have cleared the phone. 1000 of numbers and photos gone.. No apology or remorse for the pathetic service they give. PLEASE USE ANY OTHER VODACOM IN THE SOUTH BUT MEYERSDAL. Your staff there are *********** and have no idea what customer care is.

He dealt with Mica Loretz and Mamsilo Mamba - you should consider a review of there services.
