Vodacom messing me up

I have never ever in my life experienced such appalling service from any service provider until I needed vodacom to give me service and they dismally failed to deliver. I have never being so inconvenience in my life. I am in a process of getting a house and vodacom is ****ing that process up. I called the whole Friday asking for a letter stating that I do not owe then anything and they can't help me. Vodacom just has *********** people. I will never ever do any business with vodacom, I am deeply hurt.
