Vodacom messing me around for over three months
I booked my Samsung galaxy S5 (32GB) handset in at the Vodacom repair centre at Vodaworld on 25 November 2014. I was then contacted to collect my phone as it was ready. When I arrived at the Vodaworld repair centre they wanted to give me an exchange phone because my original handset is irreparable but luckily checked the specifications on the box which stated that the exchange phone is a Samsung Galaxy S5 (16GB) but my handset that I booked in originally is a Samsung Galaxy S5 (32GB) therefore I told the consultant to make a note and I will not accept the exchange Samsung S5 (16GB) handset. Then it has been going back and forth between the repair centre at Vodaworld and Lindiwe at escalations and the advanced repair centre. Everytime I am given a different answer and they keep passing the buck. Now they claim that my phone is repairable when I demand a Samsung S5 (32GB) but initially they told me that it was irreparable. Now I am told my original handset was recycled and blacklisted. This is going for more than three months that I am without my new Samsung S5 (32GB) handset yet Vodacom gladly debits the monthly subscription from my account yet I do not have my cellphone
