VODACOM MESSES UP AGAIN

Vodacom failed to take my monthly subscription off my banking account this month. They then suspended my service this morning. They gave me the lame excuse that they do not do debit orders over a weekend or on a holiday. Well its the 4th of May 2020 and they still have made no effort to do the debit order. What a load of hogwash Vodacom! Even the SABC does debit order for my TV Licence over a weekend.Someone slipped up very badly and I get my phone suspended???? I want a truthful explanation from Vodacom..
