Vodacom messed up my life.

Report:vodacom messed up my credit score in 2020 I received an email informing me that I owe vodacom for a wifi which I didn't apply for and received I then call them to investigate about this I requested them to provide me with the contract or any record of documents indicating that I took a contract with with them and they couldn't find anything on their system I even went to the police station to write a statement and sent it to them which today I'm sitting with the same problem for something I don't know about and I was supposed to buy a car last year I was not approved due to such a problem, vodacom messed up my life and my stability to progress in life. If anyone can assist or provide me with the bored of directors email.
