vodacom mess up with info about contract

Im furious with vodacom, after being told 3 diffrent stories i get told finally i cannot upgrade after two years because im on debt review???really??? I was told it would not affect my contract at all now suddenly it does? But i know of two people who are on debt review at the same place and they could upgrade. After telling me i need to wait three months to telling me i can keep paying but no upgrade thats ridiculous and i want answers!!!
