Vodacom mess up and its my problem?

I noticed a ********** 3G Laptop purchase on my November 2016 invoice. I contacted the call centre on 082 111 on 24/11/2016 and spoke to Shanon. She logged a call for me to have this investigated and gave me a reference number. I didn’t get any feedback from Vodacom and started following up again. On the 05/12/2016 I phoned the call centre again and spoke to Hloni, just to discover that the call was closed and was informed I have to log another call for investigation. I received another reference number. I decided to go to the Vodacom branch in Irene and was told that I had to phone the ***** and Risk department as a laptop was taken on my contract in Brits. I phoned the ***** and Risk department the next morning and was told that I had to speak to someone in customer services and was put through to Boitumelo. He told me that I have to go to the police station and submit an affidavit to Vodacom. I was not happy with this and requested to speak to his manager. A team leader spoke to me and was no help at all. He kept on saying that unfortunately he cannot assist me and that I have to go to the police station to get an affidavit and submit it to Vodacom before they can start with an investigation. I told him that the service is shocking as I have been a loyal customer with Vodacom for years and that I do not have time to phone around, log calls and go to police stations just because someone at Vodacom made a mess of my account. I insisted to speak to his manager but he told me that there were no other managers available to speak to me and then he put the phone down - no concern to whether my problem was attended to or not. I am very frustrated an extremely disappointed with the service of Vodacom as they make mistakes on my account and expect me to run around an get it sorted out. I will cancel my contract with them as soon as possible. Seriously poorest service ever!
