Vodacom, ****mers of note

Vodacom keeps demanding a payment from me even after settling my account as per the settlement quotation. Call center agents have been useless and emails are ignored. They use MBD collection company to do their dirty work and even hand over the account to be listed. I will never recommend anybody to do business with this company.
