Vodacom ****mers

Yesterday my vodacom number got hacked, it turned out there was someone who got an access to all my social networks ****ming people money with the very same number iam using, the person even made airtime advance of R300 which iam expected to repay, I called vodacom the only help I got was to retrieve calls only, Im still unable to reclaim my whatsup as that person is still busy asking money from my whatsup contacts pretending to be me, I just rec an sms saying I had requested for a simswap which I never did, the next thing my phone just went off without network and whatsup deactivated.
