Vodacom Mercer Data ****
Just another part of the saga with Vodacom. So i send their stuff back immediately after i receive it, which is within the 14 day cancelation period and what does vodacom do, they decide ro charge me for sending their undervalued stuff back. So on 1 january i wake up with a debit order going off on my account of R7700+-. Just Vodacom being *****. Im so sick of them. Cannot wait to cancel my current contract with them also. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A VODACOM CONTRACT. THEY ARE HORRRRRRIBLE AND *****. This is now the 3rd month my account with vodacom is not correct and the saga continues.

12 Jan 2022, 07:29They eventually reversed their mistake but now you want me to pay for Vodacoms mistake. Why should i be paying interest for Vodacoms mistake? When i spoke to someone yesterday i was told thats how Vodacom works. They make mistakes on your account and expect you to pay for that mistake. Is that how you make your money? Now i have to pay R100 interest because you decided to deduct money that you shouldnt have? Thats not right. How can you do that? That does not sound legal at all.
