There is a lady called Koketso who sells phones. She is a **** and a *****. My mother bought a phone and she said it comes with ear buds. After signing for the phone she says that the ear buds are out of stock and she will have them delivered to our address. It has been over 5 months now and she hasn’t sent anything and pretends she forgot about it and even **** that the ear buds are stuck in china. She works for Vodacom Menlyn. The most ridiculous service we have ever come across and she keeps lying. She has an excuse everyday and she’s taking advantage of the fact that she sold the phone to an old lady.
