Vodacom Menlyn Main - Possible *****

I upgraded my data contract and ordered a new tablet. My experience is that the staff are slow and unfriendly and untrained. I upgraded mid week and went in on the Saturday having done all the paperwork during the week. All I needed to do was pick up the tablet. It took over an hour because they worked so slowly. The gentleman who helped me had to ask his colleague what to do at every step and she was rude and would not even look at me because she was busy with personal stuff on her laptop. When I eventually got upset there was a lot of rude remarks before they gave me the tablet. Then I realized they had not done a sim swap so I had to go back. I refused service from the women who was so rude when I collected my tablet and requested someone name Libby (quite approachable) do the sim swap. This was initiated at 10h57 yesterday then someone else at the shop did another sim swop at 17h13 this last night. This means that the sim I was given is not provisioned and I suspect that this is a ********** transaction perpetrated. I called vodacom this morning only to find that they wont just reverse the swop they would rather I hold on for ages while they call around and ask menlyn maine to figure out why they did the second sim swop. I find this a complete waste of time. Every time I deal with vodacom these days its an unpleasant and protracted experience.
