Vodacom ****med me .

Vodacom is now out of control, 3years back I bought a contract phone ,when I was about to finish up the payment,they sold me another 2phones vial call, we had an agreement about the money that I was going to pay for those 2phone, 2weeks later I received a call from they saying they rewarded me with a free insurance,I was so excited, boom ! The next following month the deducted more than what I agreed with,when I phoned them ,they said insurance is added 😥 without my permission,until today I've tried several times to sort out this issue ,they cancelled their insurances both phones , however,the amount I'm paying now is still not what we agreed with, today I'm paying Vodacom the amount that was not on my budget,I cannot afford that amount, when I phoned them they always give me different numbers to call,I'm sick and tired of this new **** that they used to get my money,I'm going to report this issue to my lawyers ,I can't to expose them everywhere I can, they also hiding that person who lies to me said I was rewarded with a free insurance,I'm so disappointed how come a such big company **** people 💔💔💔💔💔
