Vodacom ****med me

A lady called Sindisiwe Ntamela recently called me from Vodacom Rewards. She indicated that Vodacom had chosen to give me an offer at no cost for devices because i have been a loyal customer. I asked and she confirmed that the contract cost and the contract term will not be affected, so i agreed. She also indicated that there are 2 lines which i have been paying for and which i know nothing about. I do not know whose numbers they are as i do not know those numbers. She indicated that they are promo lines. I requested immediate cancellation. Problem 1. Between her and Ram Couriers they messed up my delivery address. The devices came to me weeks after the conversation. Very poor service. Problem 2. I received an invoice for a change in contract terms and conditions i.e change in cost and change in term. During my phone conversation with Sindisiwe, she confirmed with me that there will be no changes in contract terms (cost and term). This means someone **** to me. Problem 3. I am paying for 2 additional lines which i know nothing about. They are not my lines and i do not know who is using them She says they are promo lines and i asked for immediate cancellation.

I need immediate cancellation of the 2 lines on my invoice and a refund of the costs for as long as i have been paying them.
