Vodacom mecer laptop fail
Took out a brand new mecer laptop contract through Vodacom on the 15 July. Laptop stopped working on the 23rd July. Sent it to vodacom repair department (platinum warranty). Been 17 days now with no contact. I have had to follow up on my laptop. Worst part is I am being billed for a laptop I don't even have.
