Vodacom / Mbd collection demand ***** or not ? Who knows Vodacom don’t talk to clients

I have received a mail from one Mbd

Supposedly you handed me over for an outstanding payment

No conversation no notice no contact and I get this letter of demand from an entity I know nothing about demanding payment of which they don’t even say the amount ????

And I’m just expected to pay into some random account supposedly arranged by you ?

I don’t know mbd and you did not inform me of this matter

In a time where online ***** happens just like this

How is it that you think this is acceptable?

Is it ***** or not did you arrange this or what

No one knows cause you don’t talk to your clients
