Vodacom Matlosana Mall
<p>Good day,</p> <p>I would like to complain about the services at the Vodacom, Klerksdorp, Matlosana Mall. We've had a claim on the 22nd of February 2017 and received the phone back a week later that couldn't be repaired. </p> <p>We then continued to order a new phone early in March - a Sony XA Ultra that was shown in the booklet of Vodacom and recommended by staff as a good phone as well. To date we haven't received the phone and have to call back to the store to enquire about the Insurance claim. </p> <p>The feedback is really bad, and if this wasn't for my son, I would gladly tell them to take the contract we have with them and leave it as is. </p> <p>If the Sony wasn't or isn't available as promised, why do they have it shown as available in the booklet, we've had three times or dates that the phone was supposed to be at the store, only to find out that it wasn't available and would arrive at a later date!!!!</p> <p>This is really unacceptable and at the rate that we are paying for services, this is pathetic to say the least!</p> <p> </p>

Good day, This has been a month from the last review and no one has contacted me, I have been to the Vodacom shop at Matlosana Mall to query time and time again. After keeping us on the line for the one phone ordered, they said that we won't be getting the Sony XA Ultra, and that they are very sorry - AGAIN, why is this advertised, when we can't get it on order.
They suggested that we take the Sony XA1 Ultra and that it will be there at the shop in two days time if we order it. Very pleased that we are getting somewhere, we again ordered the phone with the expectasion that we will be contacted during the same week to collect!
This has been going on for two weeks now and no one rep****, I was the one to contact them continually to ask if anything was received, only to find out that NOTHING has been heppening again.
This is really unacceptable and I don't know who to talk to anymore! This is really the worse sevice I have received from anyone in a long time!!!!!!!!!
