VODACOM MARKETING NUISANCE SMS'S

This is just something specific and not the total service of Vodacom.

I keep on getting Marketing SMS's from Vodacom although I have rep**** on their dial-in facility that I no longer wish to receive marketing news. Vodacom actually confirmed via SMS on 7 April 2021 that I will no longer receive marketing communication. It continues unabated. I cannot for the life of me believe that a simple flag program cannot work seeing that millions of messages and phone calls work absolutely flawless, but this simple flag does not work. I have even been to Vodacom in Jeffreys Bay, but the person just referred me to Vodacom call centre to lodge my complaint. It is not my duty to fix Vodacom's problems.
