Vodacom manager at Jabulani mall is a piece of ****!

Vodacom Jabulani mall manager worst manager ever!!!

Doesn't know how to talk customers, raises her voice, changes facial expression to negative towards customers, clearly knows nothing about people skills and problem solving skills. One of her consultant had to step in to show her how it's done.

My account was debited from vodacom and yet I don't have an existing account from vodacom. I tried opening one back in September but it ended being cancelled because of delivery issues and they told me to go to the nearest vodacom shop toget assistance, I ended up not going. But now this month my account was debited. I thought this was ***** but only to find out the contract I tried to open is active when I went into the shop. They're telling me to call vodacom online to sort it out and vodacom online sent me into the shop. I told them it's okay they can keep the contract active since I really need a phone right now, I lost the one I had day before yesterday. But no they just kept on telling me I need to contact vodacom online to sort it out. I'm realizing now I can't call vodacom online since I don't have a phone anymore.

This manager was rude, she told me straight in my face that customers are always right but not in this shop. Kept on raising her voice at me that she's the manager here, like I care cause she clearly didn't act like one. Just a dumbass asshole who things being manager makes her the boss of human beings. Instead of trying to find the solution she just kept on raising her voice at me, gave me no solutions. Vodacom online did not deliver the phone and yet the contract is active. I need the phone delivered or my contract cancelled asap!

I have no means of being contacted except via emails. I lost the phone I had just last Wednesday which I told the consultant at the store. The consultant and the manager cared nothing about me reaching the online store. They just kept on repeating the same thing " the online store is separate from the store" which is odd cause the online store sent me to the nearest store to sort it out.

Look, I just need a phone. You can keep the contract active. Just deliver the phone to my home address.
