Vodacom management afraid to speak to customers

The handset instalment was due to be paid over 2 months. Not all in one go. I want my one month credited to me now and taken as per normal on 25 April 2016.<br> <br> That was my agreement with Vodacom before you cancelled my contract without my permission.
