Vodacom. Mampara customer service ever
Extremely stupid staff that don't understand ur claim even after many written emails and calls about my current complaint. Been ****** for over 6 months... This is their stupid reply at 10 30 pm on Saturday night... They have The details of my number ***

Call our Cancellations Department on *** (free from the Vodacom SIM card) as they are best equipped to assist you.
In order to cancel a contract, we require one calendar months’ notice as per the Terms and Conditions of your contract prior to the termination date.
Notify us if the number should be converted to Prepaid or deleted completely.
Free minutes will be forfeited upon deactivation or prepaid conversion, only Top Up contracts can retain airtime when converting to prepaid but not when deleting.
Bundle allocations will be forfeited once cancellation is effective, only recharged airtime will be carried over.
Please recharge your prepaid account in order to retain the number on the network once cancellation is done.

Did you know: you can access and monitor your account via the Vodacom App/Website however you need to be registered. You can also retrieve and confirm End date by sending an SMS with the following letters to 31050: CTD - Contract End Date.
