Vodacom making it difficult to move to MTN
I have been trying to get an upgrade with a new phone via telephone and Vodacom App for weeks. I then decided I will stop my Vodacom altogether and move to MTN. I now cant get Vodacom to release my number so that I can get my service from MTN. Vodacom really sucks
