Vodacom makes wife burst into tears!!!

Writing this on behalf of my wife.

She app**** for the payment holiday/relief with Vodacom, as she is not earning a salary during the lockdown period. Vodacom advised us to send her ID, Letter from Employer stating no salary and 3 months' bank statements to them, which we did on the 7th of May 2020.

They phoned us back and advised that they can not cancel the contract, but that she can opt for the pre-paid option while under lockdown. We decided to use that option. Today, 26 of March 2020, we received a call from Vodacom, from a Nadia something, demanding payment.

My wife politely told her that we went over to pre-paid, whereby this Nadia kept on interrupting and making accusations that we never made any arrangements of any kind (I have email proof though). My wife kept on trying to explain to her the process we followed, but Nadia was VERY rude and insulting.

I would really like a senior person from Vodacom to contact me, to resolve asap. My wife's Company ended up in closing as well (got the news end of last week) and she has enough to worry about than rude arrogant and nasty people and companies, not worrying about people at all.
