Vodacom makes us pay for nothing

Hi Vodacom Please take note this is my 5th review and still up to date I have had no assistance from you. At this point it’s very worrying as I can’t recieve important emails at home, I can’t make calls or sms. Please assist in this matter urgently as I will be handing you over to the consumer act as this is a bridge of my contract with you guys. This is happening at home.
