Vodacom ***** makes small businesses to close down
Vodacom is causing our 5year old female owned engineering business to close. We have an existing Vodacom contract. It seems just as the upgrade was due, Vodacom's employees updated the delivery address; contract limits and did the upgrade themselves. They then bought 5 iPhones as cash against our our existing. Then successfully delivered the iPhones to whom they know as they've updated the address. Us as a company; we received a bill of R160 000.00 from a normal R7, 650 we paid per month on our contract. We logged more than 9 calls; and a solution is still not reached. The impact is that our engineers cannot work; we have to hire lawyers to prove our case. We are at a risk of being listed by credit bureaus for this debt that we don't know of. To open a file with lawyers to prove our case is more than R30 000. We have to retrench our employees to pay this debt and to prove that this is *****. Vodacom is completely hopeless to solve this issue. We have spoken to more than 12 PEOPLE... AT VODACOM. STILL NO SOLUTION
VODACOM IS HOPELESS
