Vodacom makes profit from ripping us off

Its been a month since i got your reply & an sms stating that u are sorry for the inconvenience yet nothing has been done except 4 u blocking my other vodacom sim card that i have a contract with u 4 a day, leading 2 me not receiving calls nor my emails, puting a halt 2 my busines activities& my job search...thats utter disrespect for a customer whos been a subscriber for 5yrs.& u still continue billing me 4 something i never used & am not in posession of. Is that how u make profit?By *******s? How can i pay for something i have never used. Business is about earning ur money, not about robbing subscribers. Plz sort this mess out and learn to run a business profesionally!!!
