Vodacom makes mistake and does not keep promise

My note 5 screen cracked after falling. I got the note 5 as replacement from insurance company after my note 6 was ******.

I went to Vodaworld . They took the phone for repair. I received a message that it was fixed after 3 weeks.

When fetching it they told me it is not a Vodacom phone and they can not fix it.

I wanted to see the manager as my phone was already in for repairs a month and nobody told me it was not a vodacom phone.

He personally took my phone and promissed to give it to samsung to fix and courier it back to me.

He took the form and wrote my cellphone number on it.

This was a month ago.

I dd not hear anything from vodacom and do not have the repair note any more.

Thus 2 months without my phine.

I have 13 Vodacom contracts and 18 years of being a client. If this is the way they make mistakes when taking in your phone for repair and then making promises that they do not keep, I feel like cancelling all my contacts and spending the R7 000 that I give Vodacom every month to another company.
