Vodacom makes it impossible to cancel expired services and continues charging.
I cannot even give Vodacom a star. I have been trying to cancel a service since May 2024 charged to my account that has already expired last year. Vodacom consultants claim they do not see it on their screen, yet I am charged. Vodacom makes money off people by making it extremely difficult, and now it feels like impossible to cancel a service charged that has expired and not used. That is how they make a fortune. How is this different than any other ****? You cannot cancel in a Voda Shop, you cannot cancel by email, you have to call and stay on the line, for 40 minutes each time without success. How is this fair? I will never renew another contract with Vodacom ever again.
