Vodacom make promises and don't keep them....suprise

Vodacom retentions department convinced me to keep my contract and upgrade by giving me x, y, and z. So far, 2 months later and 8 hours on the phone to 1958, the problem has not been resolved. I'm rather tired and feel I've wasted an entire working days worth of time with them. I'm turning to writing a review hoping that they will give me what they promised or maybe come to a compromise.

Vodacom retentions in Midrand said that they would contact me today around 11 am today(Friday 1st) to give me an update. Its now 12:45 pm.....

Vodacom has contacted me and they have corrected the errors on their side, however I will only be able to see if it worked at the begining of next month.
On the positive side, Vodacom have at least "tried" to help me and though they've failed so far, they keep trying which is probably more than most companies would do.
I'll post another update at the begining of August(I really hope its a positive one).

Vodacom have corrected the mistake and now given me the contract I was offered/wanted. Thank you Vodacom. It took a lof of blood, sweat and tears, and time, but you've helped me. That counts for something.
Sincerely,
camscott
