Vodacom mafia style business methodology

Vodacom is a gangster mafia style business. You can access them to buy mobile contracts, but there is NO way to cancel it I have been struggling for 8 months to get one of my numbers cancelled to no avail. They deliberately make contacting a human being almost impossible and if, by accident you do get through to one, they spin you a story to get you to phone someone else, just to start the process all over.
