Vodacom made me wait for 30 minutes on the line

Vodacom made me wait for 30 minutes on the line while their customer services agent, Alwyn, tried to figure out why the are billing me R3999.18 when I pay on average R1800. And after waiting for 30 minutes, without success I was transferred to another department which is completely unrelated with my query. Suffice it to say that my query is still not sorted out and Alwyn has not called me back.
