Vodacom lying to customers

I've had an issue with my data bills and I believe I am not the only one.

You send notifications saying my data has expired then (as you can see in my purchase records) I buy another bundle and depending on how much is left of the month, that defines the size of the bundle. I've been doing this for months but over the past two, I've noticed a dramatic increase in my bills.
So I've queried this. Last month as well as now.
I did what you suggested. I added extra notifications to warn me when I am going into my limit etc. I keep checking my balance on *111# and again buy bundles of needed.
I've tried to be calm and rational about this all. Until yesterday.

I escalated my query and got a call this morning. I explained what had happened and the predicament I faced. I was then told by your agent that THE SMS NOTIFICATION ARE NOT IN REAL TIME! Really? So it's in your benefit to let your 'valued' clients spend more money (Unknowingly) when they are out of bundle.

You are lying to us, your clients. You say one thing and deliver another. You bill us and we pay. We don't question. When we do we are **** to.
