Vodacom *******ly upgrading customer Fibre plan with consent nor refunding overcharged amounts

On my May 2024 Vodacom Invoice I noticed my Fibre plan was upgraded from a preexisting 100/100mbs at R899 pm to 200/200mbs at R1049 pm.

On calling customer service I was told it was a bulk migration done and on system matter will be corrected and no further action is need nor complaint can be lodged.

In June again I was incorrect billed for an upgrade I did not request and I lodged a formal complaint,

Vodacom took it apon themselves to upgrade clients automatically without concent or informing them they would be migrated to a higher Fibre plan.

I found out the Fibre prices had dropped from R998 to R899 for my 100/100mbs plan and for this reason vodscom *******ly upgraded clients in bulk to a higher plan without concent.

It's now end of July and they have reverted my month to month Fibre plan to 100/100mbs pm at R899 but have not refunded the overcharged billing for the ******* upgrade they conducted, despite informing me that the incorrectly billed amounts would be refunded in July statement for the months of May and June 2024.

I have been forced to make several calls and lodge numerous queries to resolve this and it been made to seem as if I as a customer must beg for my money they tried to ***** from me by *******ly upgrading my Fibre plan.
