Vodacom lures clients under false pretences

I app**** for a month to month contract with a sales lady who came to my residence with a lot of promises, she wowed us so much that we signed up. Since that day I have had the most absolute atrocious service that I ended up cancelling my contract in June. I received an SR no. for the cancellation, but to this day I am still being billed for the contract and am having no joy in any resolution. I have contacted all the numbers, been transferred from pillar to post, even gone into a Vodacom shop with no help. Today I have phoned several numbers and once again been transferred all over the place and have still had no joy, everyone just seems to pass the buck. They keep saying that I am in arrears, but in actuality I am not in arrears because I cancelled my contract but they obviously never did their work on their side. Now I am being saddled with an account that is about 5 months in arrears because someone from Vodacom did not do their job. I am sick and tired of Vodacom's useless consultants who pass the buck and try blame you as the client for everything. I will never recommend Vodacom to anyone.
