Vodacom LTE package Hell

Hi , i am really worried and disgusted with the service Vodacom provides their clients. I took out a Business wifi LTE packages which is made for home wifi. I took out the package from Mall @ reds store and from the word go things just didn't seem right. When i finally received my package from Vodacom after i had to phone 2 x to find out what is happening i read the instructions. Followed the instructions and to my believe still not working. Phoned the brunch and they said 24 hours after parcel it will only activate , the gentleman told me i was most definitely informed , i honestly don't recall this . Finally the service got activated and to my surprise the speed between 4 -9 mb/s. I was told LTE operates @ 25mb/s. Next i tried to login onto the router as i have cameras and some personal communication which needs nat and port configuration. TO my disbelieve i was told i am not allowed to access my own router and thats thats(online portal not working to make changes and then i am aske to email all my personal setiings passwords ports to an email ,wow) . So in short i did ask the young gentleman if i would have access to my router and the answer was yes. I immediately cancelled this services as falsely advertise within my 7 days of order. The Braunch manager then got really short tempered with me and said i can phone after sales support as she wont and cant assist my any further. Please vodacom do pull my logs spending over 3 hours in total no one still can tell me whats happening and no one yet phoned me after i wrote a mail to vodacom cancelling. I have tried 3 hours from one place to another and no one knows what is going on with my account. I was about to spend R1000-00 per month with them , un real and frustrated experience. I have never in my life had such a bad experience with a company. Please be aware as vodacom honestly dont care, after screaming fro assistance asking nicely begging no one seems to know what is happening in their business.
