Vodacom LTE Blocking Work VPN

I have an Vodacom LTE contract but I have an issue with my connection. When I connect to my work laptop it says no internet but with my phone and personal devices internet is working fine. My work laptop uses VPN but it's not working on Vodacom LTE network. With other networks my work laptop VPN is working fine.

So I tried to call Vodacom customer care and got transferred to a robot / machine which sent me an SMS to port my number to Vodacom. I sent an email to *** but no response, not even a reference number.

Now I am considering cancelling my contract with Vodacom and sign with other network service providers.
