Vodacom low credit score and poor service
After submitting the review below, Vodacom did NOT contact me.
‘Visited a Vodacom shop for a contract and was told my credit rating is to low. On TransUnion my credit rating is high. Obviously there is something wrong with Vodacom’s credit rating system. I phoned Vodacom and they could not assist me and was cut off a few times. Not even given a reference number.’
