VODACOM LOSES THE PLOT!

Vodacom has become the most useless ************* and inefficient business. DO NOT TAKE OUT ANY CONTRACTS WITH THEM! It is now 10 days since they promised to call me back with regards to finding a solution for expensive data that I do not use ever! Offering me a replacement product came to nothing! As if that is not enough, I went for my regular cellphone upgrade on the 16th of January. They offered me a Huawei again. I took the deal as it was similar to what I have, however, when I got home and tried using the phone I found it much too heavy and large for my hand and the sharp edges cut into my flesh, an altogether ******* brick of a phone! I went back the very next day and asked for a replacement phone that is more user friendly. The manager at Vodacom Canal walk insisted the phone gets sent for repairs???!!!!! It is now 9 days later, I have no phone, but I'm paying for it!!! And the old issue is not resolved!!! This company is nothing what it used to be! The salespeople are desperate for commission and the manager doesn't care one ounce for the customer. This is one business where the customer is not right!! They treat you with utter disrespect once they have your signature!! STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!! THEY HAVE LOST THE PLOT!!+
