Vodacom loosing the battle

Don't bother,I am the process of cancelling my 5 contracts with you and move over to MTN,as according to nationwide servery done ,they are far better cell phone provider than Vodacom,for starters ,sort out your Vodacom shop in Middelburg mall,lots of your customers are complaining about the attitude and customer service in that branch,I know about a few people who moved away from Vodacom due to this issue ,and more,your network coverage is also getting worse

My phone was handed in at the Vodacom shop at Middelburg and was send away for repairs,Vodacom send me sms to inform me that the costs will be R1300 for my payment (It was a hardware failure),after a number of phone calls back and forward I informed them that the phone is still under its 2 year waranty,then they acknolwedge that it is true but they made a mistake by entering the wrong tell number on the job card ,this phone is now been send back to middelburg without been repaired due the fault from Vodacom,now is this service ??,how long must I wait for this phone to be repaired (it is now only 9 months old??)
